Who this covers

This notice applies only to this marketing site, run by Synapx. It does not cover the AIMS product, the customer console, or any tenant data processed once an organisation signs up — those are governed by a separate customer agreement.

Analytics: what we collect and why

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal data or cross-site identifiers. It reports, in aggregate only:

• Page views and referrers (which page sent you here, e.g. a search engine)
• Approximate country, derived from IP address, which is never stored
• Device, browser and operating system category (e.g. "mobile", "Chrome")

None of this can be tied back to an individual visitor. Plausible does not build device fingerprints, does not track you across other sites, and does not sell data. See Plausible's data policy for full detail.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set any cookies. Analytics, when enabled, runs cookie-free. The only thing we store in your browser is a single localStorage entry, aims-analytics-consent, which records whether you accepted or declined analytics so we don't ask again on every visit. It never leaves your browser and is not read by any third party.

You control this from the consent banner shown on your first visit: choose Accept to enable Plausible, or Decline to keep it off. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for takeaim.synapx.delivery, which removes the stored preference and shows the banner again.

Other third parties

The site is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps and fonts are served from this domain only (no third-party font or ad networks are loaded). Outbound connections are limited to Plausible, and only after you accept analytics — see the site's Content-Security-Policy header for the exact allow-list.

Your rights

Because analytics here is anonymous and aggregate, there is no personal data tied to your visit for us to access, export or delete. If you have general privacy questions or believe this notice is inaccurate, get in touch via synapx.com.

Changes to this notice

If what we collect changes — for example, adding a new analytics or product provider — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
